Please read our terms carefully before commissioning our services.
These guidelines ensure a smooth, fair, and professional experience for everyone.
By commissioning us (the "Artists"), you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with a commission request.
General Terms
◦ The Artists reserves the right to decline any commission request if they are not comfortable with the contents of the request.
◦ The Client must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to commission artwork.
◦ The Artists retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
◦ Turnaround time: 1-6 months, Depending on complexity.
◦ Will draw: Furries, OCs, blood, suggestive, NSFW.
◦ Will not draw: Hard gore, Mecha, Real people.
◦ Basic reference must be provided. If The Client would like The Artists to design a character, a design fee will incur and prices will be adjusted accordingly.
◦ Character will be drawn in the studio's art style. Refer to portfolio for reference.
◦ Prices of The Artists’ commissions may be subjected to change at any given time.
◦ Credit to The Studio’s twitter account @rebirthstudio_ must be provided where ever the art work is being used, e.g. In twitter bio, twitch description/panels etc.
◦ Note that The Artists may publicly stream/share WIPs and the final artwork at any given time. If you would like to request for a private commission, a 50% NDA fee will incur.
Anti Generative AI Art Policy
◦ The Artists reserves the right to refuse commissions from Clients who actively use AI-generated art for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to: Posting AI-generated artwork publicly, Selling or profiting from AI-generated artwork, Promoting the use of AI-generated artwork.
◦ The Client may not use the commissioned artwork for AI training, machine learning, or any form of AI art generation.
◦ If The Client is found to have engaged in the use of AI art after a commission is completed, the Artist reserves the right to revoke usage rights to the artwork and issue no refunds.
Payment & Pricing
◦ Payment is required upfront or in installments (as agreed upon) to secure The Client's slot before work begins.
◦ 2 types of payment plans are available for The Client's preference--full upfront payment or a 3 month instalment payment plan. Custom plans can be discussed separately. Please read more about payment plans here.
◦ Accepted payment methods: Wise, Stripe or Paypal only
◦ Base prices may vary depending on complexity, revisions, or additional requests.
◦ No refund requests are allowed unless The Artist is unable to deliver within the turnaround time stated above or under exceptional circumstances (e.g The Artist’s discretion).
Process & Revisions
◦ The Client will receive work-in-progress (WIP) updates at key stages
◦ Revisions are free during the sketch and colour draft phase of each commission.
After a confirmed coloured draft is sent, 2 free of charge revisions are allowed (e.g to edit missed out details etc). Subsequent revisions during rendering phase will come at a fee.
◦ The Artists will not proceed with excessive or unreasonable revision requests.
Delivery & Usage Rights
◦ The final artwork will be delivered digitally via google drive.
◦ The Client may use the model commission for:
▸Personal use (e.g., icons, wallpapers, prints for personal enjoyment).
▸Non-commercial sharing (with credit to the Artist).
▸Streaming usage on sites such as Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok etc.
The Client is not allowed to:
▸Claim the artwork as their own or another artist's creation.
▸Resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or commercial
purposes without a separate agreement.
▸Edit or alter the artwork without the Artist’s permission.
Communication
◦ The Studio’s Project Manager, Myura will mainly contact and communicate with The Client through discord (preferred) or Twitter DMs.
◦ The Client may also check The Studio's commission status board to view the current status of their commission.
Disputes & Legality
◦ The Artists is not liable for any legal misuse of the artwork by the Client after delivery.
◦ Any disputes will be resolved through private negotiation. If unresolved, the laws of The Artist's country of residence (Singapore) will apply.
◦ By commissioning The Artist, The Client agrees to all of the terms stated above. Failure to comply may result in blacklisting from future commissions.
◦ All terms stated above are non-negotiable.
