Our seasonal, limited time collaboration services include: 3D items/asset creation, concept art and branding packages!

Typically, our turnaround time ranges from 2-6 months depending on the complexity of your model.
For model updates and refreshers, the average turnaround time is 1-3 months.
3 Free expressions (blush, sad and angry) are included in all of our VTuber model art + rig packages!

Yes, our studio is able to accommodate NSFW/18+ content commissions—provided the client and all characters depicted are of legal age. All work is handled with strict confidentiality and professionalism. Please feel free to share your concept with us, and we can discuss the details privately!

Do note that we reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Client confidentiality is a cornerstone of our studio's ethics. We treat every project with care and fully respect your intellectual property.
We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussion begins. Our standard practice for NDAs is to never share any work, details, or even the fact that we are collaborating without your explicit written permission. Your concept and your identity are always safe with us.

Note that a 50% NDA fee will incur.

GENERAL.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to help make funding your project more manageable!
Plans are typically split into 3 milestones—1 deposit to start, followed by 2 scheduled payments throughout the production process.

However, if you require a custom timeline for your payment plan, feel free to DM us and we’ll work with you to find a plan that fits your budget and timeline!
We accept payments via Wise, Stripe and PayPal.
All transactions are secure and invoiced directly through our studio for your peace of mind!
Yes! We occasionally offer seasonal promotions, bundle discounts for multi-model projects, and loyalty discounts for returning clients. The best way to stay updated is to sign up for our mailing list where we announce all our new deals first!

PRICING AND PAYMENT.

POST-COMMISSION SUPPORT AND USAGE.

To use your new model, you'll need tracking software. For Live2D models, we recommend VTube Studio. If you have requested a V-Bridger mouth rig on your model, you will need V-Bridger as well.
Don’t worry—we provide a simple setup guide with every model, and we’re here to answer any questions you may have while you’re getting started!
Yes, absolutely! We provide full setup support after delivery to ensure your model works perfectly. This includes a step-by-step video guide on how to set up your model in VTube Studio, troubleshooting help for common issues and direct assistance if you run into any issues.

We’re here to make sure you’re confident and ready to go live!
Don't worry, we've got you covered! All our models come with a lifetime support period to address any unexpected technical issues or bugs after delivery. We'll work promptly to troubleshoot and resolve the problem at no extra cost to you.

Please note: This guarantee covers technical errors originating from our work (e.g., rigging glitches, file corruption, or export issues). It does not cover issues arising from user-side software, hardware, or unauthorized modifications made after delivery.
